In addition to its own wine, BLÄCKFISK publishes an annual magazine for the illustrious cooking society Culiminati (the name was also thought up by BLÄCKFISK).
Each year, a specific country is given the theme, 'Italy' was the theme for the first magazine.
Including, of course, the Italian dishes refined and optimized by the club members, Italian stories, travel tips, an interview with winemaker Pino Brancatelli, famous ingredients, striking icons and customs, Italian cookbook tips, etc.
Culiminati was founded by a long waiting list for, as well as a lack of nice cooking studios.
Culiminati also does not cook on standard stoves but on bbq's, open fires, in sous vide bathtubs and other non conventional cooking equipment.
Of course, the logo was also supplied by BLÄCKFISK.
